Penny loafers. If they don’t have the slot for the penny (it’s hard to tell), I’d just call them “loafers”.

Yep I agree with Auggie only if they don’t have the slot we called them Italian loafers, I have no idea why???

I presume you’re not talking about the blue ones.
The rest are loafers/penny loafers.
