I just started volunteering for the Vial of Life Program and think we need a slogan. Can anyone help to come up with a catch phrase for me?

The Vile of Life is such a great program which saves lives by having important medical information available to first fire fighters and paramedics who respond to calls in homes. They need to know what medication a person is on in order to provide the speediest treatment plan. Often in an emergency, people are unable to think clearly about their medications. This refrigerator magnet alerts first responders that there is valuable information on a refrigerator shelf. This program saves lives!
