Meds say avoid grapefruit. How long till the one I ate clears my system?

I take diazepam (Valium™) and Oxycodone for muscle spasms kicked up by osteoarthritis. I ate a whole small grapefruit this morning and now I’m getting a muscle ache in the shoulder. How long till the effect of the grapefruit fully clears my system and I can safely take my medication?
