A blister that doesn’t hurt: does it need any special treatment or attention?

I noticed a slight itch between my two smallest toes and was shocked to find a fully open/popped blister about the size of a dime right in between them. It never hurt and the itch isn’t severe and the open skin looks normal light pink (my skin is light Caucasian). is it now in danger of infection? does it need care such as frequent washing? I usually have a super low pain threshold so when I say this never hurt, I mean that – I never noticed it until just now
