Or any sort of headphones. Personally, I can’t work out without music or audiobooks

No, I play records,CDs or MP3 as i exercise at home.
I have a shitty pair of Sony earbuds I use when I work-out or play basketball. The thing is I absolutely hate bluetooth headphones. So PnL(Devi) got me this wired to Bluetooth thing for my b-day.
So I can use my wired earbuds and the cord runs into that tiny box. And the tiny box acts as a bluetooth receiver that talks to my apple watch. That way I can criss-cross applesuace without risking my phone.
I have worn Apple AirPods while I run for almost two years now. Before that I ran with Apple earbuds.
I have tried other brands, but the Apple ones work best for me.
No never, that would distract to me to the brink of madness.
This isn’t a Rocky movie, with running especially, I love the solitude.
Not in a while. Too much of a bother. I have used an iPod with downloaded podcasts. There is a kind of audio book, whose name slips me, that can be used. I checked out of the library one of these books and used it in the gym. I might do that again some time.
Generally I need music when working out. Treadmill or road biking it’s a must, something more scenic or fun like hiking or mountain biking I don’t.
I wear wrap around headphones: music when lifting, podcasts while biking.
Never. I don’t need music to workout or jog.
