When will the Discovery Channel show asteroid mining?

Like “Gold Rush Outer space”?

Or “Moon mining”?

I think that the trick is getting cameramen, audio people, and directors up onto the asteroid to film it in the first place.

And let’s not overlook the need for people (employees) to actually do the asteroid mining in the first place.

Discovery channel has it on their programming list for around 2074–2075.

Around the time when The History Channel stops showing pawn shop and storage bidding shows.

Mankind will have snuffed itself out before that could be possible. And economical.

Next Tuesday @8pm.

Not that we’re actually doing it, but Discovery no longer limits itself to real things. Mermaids, megalodon still being alive, aliens, cryptids….it’s all fair game. Why not sci-fi?
